Our Dairy Shorthorns are the heart of our milk production. Every morning and evening they provide us with lots and lots of healthy raw milk.We have three cows making their creamy contributions to us right now, and one cow is nursing several calves. The three cows being milked by Jerica in the picture are Mistress, Checkers, and Munchkin, and the sweetheart to the left is McCoun.
